Who is Kevin Birkhead?
Kevin D. Birkhead, Esquire is a partner with the law firm Timoney Knox, LLP, in Fort Washington. His practice focuses on wills, trusts and estates, as well as tax and business planning. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. Kevin served as an Examiner for the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners from 2017 to 2022, supervising estate law and federal income tax questions for the Pennsylvania bar exam. He has been recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star in Estate and Probate Law from 2014 to 2021. Kevin holds a Masters in Taxation from the Temple University School of Law, a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden and his B.S. from Saint Joseph’s University. He is an active member of the Montgomery Bar Association and lives in Bucks County with his wife and two children.
